"We have used Black Bear twice now, both times they where on time and very professional. The first time we had some issues with our GFI outlets that kept popping, Tom checked out the entire house and didn’t charge us a dime even though he was probably here for 30 to 45 minutes. Today was the second time I’ve had to call to have them come out. We are currently moving and needed an additional inspection of our electrical panels. I called at 8:00 am and Tom was here by 12:00 pm he did the inspection and I had all the paperwork I needed before five.
